Where has One-Click-Restore gone?

Hi,

does TIH 2011 still have One-Click-Restore? Couldn't find it..
Will it work with an sd card? (in version 2009 it did not... maybe now?)

Is there some whattodo.ini to put on the rescue media like:
confirm.dialog=yes
then.immediately.restore.image=mybackup.tib
restore.the.mbr=yes
restore.disc.signature=yes
?
