Which backup for a complete restore

I have just bought a new laptop and have installed all the programmes that I require for businesss and home. I would like to make a backup which will allow me to do a complete restore at some stage which will include all my progarmmes and settings so that I won't have to spend hours reinstalling them again. What settings do I use to set up this type of backup or is it even posible with Acronis Ture Image Home?
