Which product for migrating to SSD?

Hello,

I am a bit perplexed about which product does what and cant find a good comparisson.
I am about to migrate all my data from my current harddisk setup to a SSD.
Today I have 2x500Gb raid 0 (around 500Gb+400Gb+100Gb rescue) this is the default the way the laptop shipped.
The idea is to backup parts of the data (to some external HDD) so I can reduce the size down to say <200Gb and then migrate over from raid to a non raid SSD setup (and then restore the "data" from the external HDD to one of the 500Gb HDDs).

Now my question is which product(s) can do this?
