I GIVE UP. I have Sent MANY sad hours with Acronis AND Now my USB3 and Card slots are not available. All report error 39.
I uninstalled my 2015 with cleanup and NOW they all work.!!!
I wish I were a lawyer to start a class action against this joke.
Back to using the System Image in Windows and having multiple versions my looping through different storage spots. Not near the function but if Acronis does not want to fix this and obviously they don't as has been around since 2012. Wish refunds were available for the hundreds I have spent.
Live and learn I guess.
