Will Acronis TI 2014 backup Host Windows 7 OS with VMware Player Program and any associated .vmx or .vmdk files

Thread needs solution

For a long time I have been successfully using TI 2014 to backup my Windows sp1 Ultimate setup. I now want to use VMware Vcenter Converter to make a .vmdk backup copy of my Running Windows 7 setup. Once that's completed I plan to download VMware Player Pro. Once that completed I will use Player Pro to create a new Guest Windows 7 Virtual Desktop running inside the Host Windows 7 OS using the .vmdk backup source file. **I do have 2 extra Windows 7 Ultimate retail licences**. I plan to continue using Acronis TI 2014 to make daily and monthly(before and after Windows updates) Full C-Drive backups of the Host Window 7 drive which will include the VMware Player program as well as some .vmdk as well as other VMware backup files or objects. The computer is a home build and all Windows licenses are Full Retail Versions.
Questions:
1. Can Acronis TI successfully continue to backup the Host Windows 7 ultimate C-Drive even though it contains VMware Player along with .vmdk backup files inside of C-Drive ?

2.Will the Acronis Full backups successfully restore everything including the VMware player with associated backup files ?

3. The new Guest Windows 7 Virtual Desktop created by VMware Player will have to be Ativated with a new Windows Activation Key of which I do have 2 new unused Keys!! Should I be able to successfully activate the new Guest Windows Virtual Desktop without any hassle?? Online or by Phone?

4. Is a no-Boot or BSOD a likely possibility when I startup the guest windows 7 virtual desktop?

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
