Will not install correctly.?

I am very sorry that I ever bought the upgrade & a new copy for my laptop. My laptop version did not complete the install. It stopped at removing backup files. It never placed the program in the W7 program control panel area. I couldn't remove it from W7 so I had to run the cleanup tool & I reinstalled the program & it did the same thing stopped again at removing backup files. I tried to run a repair & it would not run the repair from the install program. There is no Acronis in the W7 control panel program again. I turned the firewall & antivirus off during installation.

On my desktop, it stopped my work station from turning on so the sync program or cloud can't be used.

Is there a way to fix this or just go back to 2011 that was stable?
