Will only backup when booted from disk

Thread needs solution

I can no longer do a backup when in windows. when told to proceed to backup it goes to the calenders. using winxp pro with service pack 3. and truimage 2009. I can backup using the boot disk and backing the drives

seems this may have started when I changed from a wired home network to a wireless .

   Any help would be appreciated.

Couple of ways to approach it:

Make sure you have an image and then if you have Restore Points active, roll-back to a time prior to your wireless network install and see if it really is the cause.  Perhaps you have an image you made prior to the wireless installation; this would be even better to use than Restore Points.

Remove and Reinstall TI. It may restore what was possibly damaged. If so, hopefully it won't impact on your wireless installation.
