I have a HP Proliant ML350GL Server running Win SBS 2008.Currently configured with 4 HDs on the HP Smart array P410i controller. Logical Drive 1 is configured as an
array 0 (apprx size 145GB) ,Logical drive 2 is configured as a raid 5 using 3 1TB drives. In the Windows disk mgt Logical drive 0 has 2 volumes, drive C
with the OS and data, and drive D, drive c is 135GB, drive d is 1.5GB and logical drive 1 has one 1.8TB volume.My goal is to Image the OS volume to a USB external HD
and restore it to a newly created raid 5 array using the old OS drive with 2 additional identical drives. My questions are:
1) Do I need specific drivers so Acronis can see the drives.
2) Can I restore the image onto the newly created raid 5 array from the USB HD.
3) Can I change the image size to fill the volume during the restore.
4) What is the best Acronis product to purchase to accomplish the above.
