Win 7 , bad Icons, Color depth

Installed TI 10 Home and DD 11 on a win7 32 bit machine.
Icons don't appear correctly in program list until i set color depth to 16bit, but then the display look bad, is there a way to resolve this to work in 32 bit high color mode?
