Windows 10 Backup

Hello,
Since today I was using windows 7 on a Raid 5
with ATI 2013 without any problems.
Today I have took of the Raid and installed the OS
On Windows 10 on an SSD driveand the programs on
an SATA Hard Drive.
Is there a possibility to make a Backup of both,
Hard Drive and SSD drive with just one backup or I need
To make two different backups?
Please which is the correct procedure?
