Windows 10 failed to check for latest version of backup

Hi,

Having a problem with this software again,

When I tried to validate a backup the program goes black then comes up with the message:

Failed to check for latest version of backup errorcode/
Event code: 0x00640BEA+0x00640013+0x00AC0041+0x00AC0040+0x01AF0006+0x01AF0014+0x01AF001B+0x00AC001B+0x00AC0015+0x00AC0017+0x0000FFF0+0x80070035

When I try recover the drive I get the same error, I have checked the backup location the file exists and is updating as expected but Acronis True Image can't access it to restore or validate it.'

The Backup Location is my Nas DS413 Synology

Also attached is a system report.
