Windows 10 freezes randomly, RESOLVED

Windows 10 freezes randomly when I use Acronis 2015 (Cloud). The start button will not work and the apps do not open and the internet connection drops (network card crash). Only option then is to hard reset the PC.

When the program is not in use, it all works very well. The problem is precisely the Acronis 2015. Does anyone have advice for this problem?

It seems that the problem was solved. I did a re-installation of Windows 10, and after that I installed Acronis 2015. When I start the program it offered the new update. After the upgrade (Latest Build # 5634), everything has worked fine. Hopefully, this issue is resolved.
