Windows 7 32 Bit home and Acronis True image Home 2010

My windows 7 crashes frequently and I am following up the casues of each crash. I have received the follwoing message re Acronis True Image 2010 Home:
True Image Launcher is incompatible wth Windows 7

I followed the self help guide to reinstall running a repair but then got the message that there is a later version of the software already on my computer and I was unable to run a repair.
