windows 7 does not start after upgrade from True Image 2012 plus to 2015 unlimited

Hello,

I have been running True image 2012 plus for some years now. Yesterday I bought true image 2015 unlimited.
First I tried to uninstall truimage 2012 via windows uninstall. However after I uninstalled it, windwos told me that there is another true image 2012 which I could not uninstall since windows told me I was not the administrator.

So I simply tried to upgrade without the uninstallation. Upgrade was successfull, I coud wrk with true image 2014 unlimited. But after rebooting my win 7 pc, the pc did not start any mor.

So what can I do. Of course I had a backup to resore my system, but how can I install true image 2015 unlimited correctly? Is there e.g. a tool that will make me uninstall true image 2012 correctly? If so, where can I get this?

I have had the exact same experience. TI 2015 crashes the system after upgrade ( from TI 2012) and PC will not start. Funny thing is I have to use TI 2015 to recover my C Drive image because 2012 will not update over the internet. Once I restore the original image (I'm back to TI 2012) everything is fine. I'm not reinstalling TI 2015 until I can figure out what the issue is. Help????
