Windows 7 non-RAID to RAID 1?

Thread needs solution

I have searched for this topic, and I can't find anything really relevant.
I have heard that Acronis is one of the best cloning/backup software packages available, and I want to use it for something that I want to try.
What I want to do is take my non-RAID Windows 7 (32 bit) and set it up on a RAID 1. Currently, I have Windows on a 169gb SATA drive, and I have 2-250gb SATA drives that I want to make into RAID 1 with Windows. I am going to set it up in the hardware side, but in the BIOS, it only allows for all 6 primary SATA channels to be RAID. I'm not too concerned about that, but what I am wondering is what I need to do in order to clone my Windows HDD onto my new RAID setup. I have never done RAID before, so this will all be new to me.
Any help, advice, or examples would be greatly appreciated.

I have Acronis True Image 2014. I have Win7 (64) and now (2) TB drives.
I have been running with (1) 2TB drive and just added another drive (same model and size).
I could not find in Acronis where I can create a RAID 1 (mirror) setup. I checked my BIOS on the computer and it is not available so I must go to some software type RAID.
I thought it might be included with my Acronis but I can't find it.
I DID use Acronis to create a CLONE of the drive but now I need to make it RAID 1.
How do I do this with what I have ?
Thanks,
Tim
