Windows in Bootcamp - What do I back up?

Thread needs solution

I am running Windows 7 under bootcamp. I don't use the Mac OS, so my sole purpose is to back up Windows after I have installed all of my core programs so that if it becomes corrupt I can restore it to that original clean point without having to go back through the entire windows installation process, 100's of windows updates etc. I don't care about further backups after that point because I store all data in the cloud.

Please see attachment. I am not sure what the relevance of EFI is, C: is windows on bootcamp, D is the Mac OS. For my purposes, what do I want to backup? One of them? Two of them? All of them? E is a thumb drive I happened to have plugged in so obviously that one is irrelvant.

Also, I assume it is from Windows that I want to do the backup??

Thanks

Backing up Mac OS in bootcamp is not a good idea, because TI 2012 was never tested with hybrid GPT-MBR and apple implementation of EFI. If your entire disk crashes, you most likely won't be able to restore it bare-metal. Otherwise, backup NTFS C: partition only, check that you can boot from Trueimage rescue CD and select this partition for restore, and maybe test the restore itself too - but it may fail as well.

I wonder then: what "image backup" option(s) exist (if any) for a Mac running Boot Camp, if not Acronis?
