Windows Folder Security

Thread needs solution

I've had this product 2 weeks, have done a few backups to an external disc but didn't get the Windows Folder Security I opted for when seting up the backup. Consequently, other users of this shared PC can view my files on the external. What am I doing wrong? Cheers, Len

Could you please clarify, which product do you use? Could you please let me know the build number of the product, which you can find in the Help -> About dialog (it should be a 3 or 4 digit number)?

Could you please provide me with the exact sequence of actions that lead to the issue you report, so that I can try to reproduce it?

What is the exact address of folder you're trying to include to backup?

Hope your software prob gets straightened out but may I suggest that, for real security, you don't rely on the software; lock up the disk somewhere safe.
