Windows hard disk not detected

I recently paid for and upgraded to True Image Home 2012. I worked at first but now hard disk in Windows is not detected. Shutting of virus protecton software and firewall didn´t help. When trying to contact support I received the message that my support period had expired.

You say the hard drive was detected and now it no longer is, was the PC rebooted or had a Windows update between when it worked and now?

Have you tried running the installer again and selecting repair, that might sort the problem out.

I have installed 2012, and faced the same issue.
I fixed it by applying the Acronis Cleanup Utility while 2012 was installed, rebooted and reinstalled 2012.
