Windows Live Mail backup error and hidden files problem

Thread needs solution

Hi, we have TrueImage 2013 installed successfully on a Windows 7 Professional 64bit machine and we are experiencing problem with the mail backup funcion; we access to the program with an administration password while into a user account with standard limited privileges, windows live mail 2012 is installed.

The error we obtains after a few seconds after the launch is "(..) message's database don't exist" (..)" and I suspect that it seaches for the administrator's one and not the limited user's, which is the right one; I tried to set different credentials, the user's, but as a result I got another error, this time telling me something like "(..) the requested privileges don't belong to the user (..) ".
I found that there are a lot of problems related to this version on TI and Windows Live Mail, so I decided to use the traditional file backup, but another problem came out, I didn't find a way to show the hidden files in the list while configuring the backup, I set to show them in explorer but they are still not visible inside TI; I can't select the mail folder because its under an hidden folder and don't want to create some sort of alias o share for adding the filder inside the backup.

So what should I do, I already do a ling search inside this forum and I tried those short solutions i found, but with no success.
Thank you in advance for your support,

Alex
