Windows Mail (Vista 32) errors after cloning HD

Has some experienced this problem also under 2012 version ?

I did a clone of a HD ( Vista32) using ATIH Boot CD, everything looks ok except Windows Mail will not open.

After some more hours of googling:
Here is something I currently do not yet understand (as new drive is nothing special=:

My issue with Windows Update and Windows Mail was fixed by updating Intel Rapid Store Technology Driver ( not from HP but directly from Intel ( 10.8.0 )
Notebook: Toshiba Satellite
Old Drive Toshiba MK3252GSX
New Drive Western Digital WD3200BPVT
To fix the Mail issue I followed instructions at http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/62560-windows-mail-problems.html

And doing the old trick with renaming folders Download and Datastore in Windows/SoftwareDistribution plus reboot also made Windows Update working again.......
