Windows System Image

Thread needs solution

I have Acronis installed and use it to make full backups/images of my system. I would like to be able to also create a regular Windows system image but it seems as if Acronis "takes this over". There is an option to turn on Windows backup but nothing happens when I click it.

Which operating system are you using? Which version of ATI?

Do a full backup of your system and try this (at your own risk) knowing that this was applicable for earlier versions of ACronis. The "disable windows integration" doesn't apply aith 2015 any loner.

This seems to apply to when one has uninstalled Acronis - I have not - I just want to be able to use Windows Backup as well as Acronis

It works when you have Acronis installed. I had to apply the fix myself to continue doing system images in addition to ATI system images.

I have tried this but am unable to get the reg key file to work - just give me message that entries were not able to be made as some keys are open by system or other processes
