WInPE boot media for Atom 32 bit cpu?

Thread needs solution

I have upgraded to TIHome 2015, and the rescue media options have greatly improved over my older 2013 version. It's working well on one of my older systems running win 7 64 bit. I created a winPE based rescue disk and Universal rescue disk ISO that work fine on my two Intel i3 and i5 cpu systems. I also have a HP Envy X2 with an Atom 32 bit processor that I would dearly like to get to boot a rescue CD. The new version comes really close, but I haven't been able to do it yet. I created a plain vanilla WinPE x86 iso from the win 8.1 ADK I installed, and it actually boots to the command prompt. That's a big first for me. Do you have a tested recipe for building a 32 bit UEFI ISO similar to the excellent 64 bit recipe you have posted here? Has anyone else had success in getting rescue media to boot on a atom platform?

It is not possible to add TI 2015 to a 32 Bit WinPE. Acronis has only provided a 64 bit WinPE version. If the Linux based recovery media will not boot, you are out of luck.

The best option is to get TI 2014 installed. Then create a Windows recovery drive using Control Panel/Recovery. Then download ADDTI from my website at http://www.mechrest.com/plugins/ . Unzip the file and follow the instructions in the Readme.txt file.

(Sigh) So close, and yet so far...
I have licenses for TI 2013 and now 2015, but not 2014. Is there a way to get it long enough to try creating the recovery disk?
