Wireless Mouse Drivers not loaded in Build 6514 for WIndows 8

Thread needs solution

After trying multiple times, creating the Boot Disk in True Image Home 2013, b6514,
finally as just an experiment, I booted with the created Boot Disk, build 6514, and plugged in
an USB Mouse, since my Wireless Logitech mouse would not move, had no control on the
screen at all with the Wireless Mouse.

There were some problems after I plugged in my standard USB Mouse, but did get to
create 1 full T/I backup.

Tried to reach ACRONIS T/I to advise of this problem, but none of their Contact items
on their site would work, all greyed out. Guess they do not want to know what is going
on out here in the field.

Have been an T/I user since day one, and always thought it the best, b 6514 is
less of a product than they usually release.

Lack of support for some wireless mice and keyboards is a known issue that appeared in build 6514. We hope it will be resolved in an upcoming build.
