You do not have enough privileges to get full access to all True Image functionality

I have used Acronis for years to clone hard drives. Probably cloned over 100 drives. I most recently ran a clone 3 weeks ago.

This week, I get the error message "You do not have enough privileges to get full access to all True Image functionality". Searching the forums, this indicates that Acronis thinks I am not running as an administrator. I checked "User Accounts" and verified I am in the Admin group. I tried right clicking and "run as administrator". I even logged out and logged in directly as user "Administrator". Nothing.

I first encountered the problem running Ver 2012. Upgraded to Ver 2015 but I still get the same error.

I don't know if it is related, but I have some bad sectors on the disk (thus the reason for cloning -- to replace the hard drive) and I also discovered and removed a virus.

I am stumped. I don't even know where to look. Any thoughts?
