Acronis True Image 2018 for Mac Fails to Backup After Upgrading to macOS Mojave (ver. 10.14.2)

Thread needs solution

Dear Acronis Forum,

I am using Acronis True Image 2018 (the latest ver. 22.5.12510) on an 2015 iMac that I recently upgraded to macOS Mojave (ver. 10.14.2).

I just attempted to back-up my Macintosh HD to my (usual) Lacie (external) Rugged HD and the back-up would not complete. It displayed the following error message: “The last backup did not complete. It will be restarted in 30 seconds. Failed to enumerate directory 'Macintosh HD:/Library/Application Support/com.apple.TCC/'. It may be corrupted or does not exist. Please check the disk for errors. “

I verified that directory Macintosh HD:/Library/Application Support/com.apple.TCC DOES exist on my Macintosh HD.

I also ran ‘First Aid’ on my Macintosh HD with the Macintosh Disk Utility app and it completed successfully (i.e. did not find any errors).

What should I do? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Tom

Hello Tom,

welcome to Acronis forums! Please be aware that Mojave (10.14) is officially supported starting with Update 1 (Build 14170) of Acronis True Image 2019. However, you may want testing the workarounds shared by other users in the following discussion https://forum.acronis.com/comment/464130#comment-464130

Thank you,
