Bought the product, doesn't work, really pisses me off

Thread needs solution

Hi guys,

On Dec 24 I purchased a single-node license of ATI for Mac. Typed in the serial, the software approved.

Earlier today, I realized that it didn't backup all this time! I logged in my personal account on acronis.com, and it states that my license is still trial! What the?

I can't even contact the support by phone or email because I can't register my product online -- it says in my online dashboard that the product is already registered to someone else. How's that?

So I do really look forward to someone from the support team contacting me via maxim.r.shcherbakov at gmail.

Welcome to the USER forum.  I'm sure this is easy to resolve - did you try chat support?  It's almost instant and requires no logon if you select "customer care" as the main category.  Acronis is the only one who can help with account issues and/or registration issues, but I'm sure they'd be able to help clear this up.

Unfortuantely, you're in the user forum so if you want to get in touch, you should initiate with them using their online chat support service.
