Corrupted backup?

It is not quite clear what happened, so let me ask some questions:

Is this folder browsable?

Does it contain any data?

Is there any data missing from your backup?

Have you faced errors during backing up to cloud?

Does the problem persists now?

Also it would be nice to have system information from your Mac. You can find how to collect system information from "Acronis True Image for Mac: Acronis System Report" knowledge base article.
