How do I STOP ACPHO from replicating a backup?

Thread needs solution

I have the Mac version of Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office. I have a backup task (inherited from ATI 2021) for an external hard drive which includes replication to the Cloud. I started this backup recently, and it completed and then went on to do the replication (which I know is normal). But in fact I no longer want it to replicate the backup. So I paused replication. However, there now seems to be nothing I can do (with that or with any of my backup tasks) until replication of that backup completes—which will apparently take 2 or 3 days. I've tried to delete the replica from the Cloud, but it fails to lock the file, probably because the task is paused.

Surely there must be some way I can (1) fully stop replicating (i.e., so the process is no longer paused but is actually terminated); and (2), remove replication from that task (without deleting the original backup)?

Any suggestions on how to deal with this situation will be gratefully received!
