"Short key" entry for Mac version?

I recently purchased a 1TB external SSD, and it came with a True Image license. But when I tried to enter the (16-digit short key" into the Mac trial version, it won't take it. There is no "I have only short key" link as is shown on the instructions.

How can I get a full key?
