TI2021 B#39287 - Creating B/U fails on Ventura (MacOS 13)
Previously on Catalina (12), same version, same build, creating a new backup worked, Since upgrading to Ventura (13) every time I try to create a new backup template TI implodes with "unexpected error". I've tried full uninstall and reinstall. Works if I execute an existing template, only fails trying to create new one. Feels like a security issue but can't figure out where it's not finding the permissions it needs. Seems like full access to full disk would be enough. Hate to throw away the product over this but I must be able to create new templates.

Backups failed during last minute "finalization" phase. Finally figured out if I exclude the following folder the backup will finish. I have no idea why:
Files are hidden so you have to use the CMD+Shift+period combination so they are displayed.
User/Library/Biome/streams/restricted/Mailcontent/local/*.*
Have no clue why this works. I did notice when I tried to zip the files in this folder I get the following error: "The operation couldn’t be completed. Illegal byte sequence"

Hello Curtis,
sorry for the delayed response! Please note that support of macOS Ventura 13 has been added starting with the build 40208 of Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office. Acronis True Image 2021 and earlier do not support macOS Ventura 13. Please refer to https://kb.acronis.com/content/71358
We'd recommend upgrading the product to the latest version https://www.acronis.com/products/true-image/
