Unable to backup Mac --

Thread needs solution

What you see is what I get -- has been doing this for over 2.5 hours - I am not sure of the mac version -- I have a pc version for my pc and it works great but the mac version definitely needs work

Do I understand correctly that you are using Acronis True Image for Mac? Can you please describe your scenario and your steps when you get this error?
