Unable to recover files from an old backup

Hello,
I have acronis 2016 mac. For many reasons I had to format my mac, now I'm trying to restore my files and folders from an old backup. When I select a folder and I click the button recovers get the following error:
Failed to deploy task. Restart your computer and try again. If the error persists, check your antivirus settings.
Can someone help me? Thanks again.

it seems that acronis no permission to save the file.
How to solve this problem? and a bug acronis or what? Help

 

I have the same Problem with the latest Acronis True Image 2016 for MAC Build. Can´t restore any file from my Backup.

Hello,
I managed to solve the problem of the recovery of files and folders.
I run these simple steps:
1) Removing Acronis application
2) Removing the folder / Library / Application \ Support / Acronis
3) Install an older version of Acronis # 5673 (version.2.0.5673)
Now everything works fine.

Acronis True Image 2016 build 2.0.6038 (evaluate period).

I have created a backup of the laptop and spend about 4 hours trying to restore my files.
