Upgraded to build 8024 - Email notifications no longer work

Thread needs solution

After upgrading to the new 8024 build I no longer receive email notifications as configured in the screen shot. I've already uninstalled and re-installed Acronis True Image 2017 8024 and reconfigured notifications. I still do not receive notifications. Prior to upgrading to this new build the notifications worked just fine.

Hello Jason,

After installing the update it may take up to 15 minutes for email notification service to return to work. Please run some backup again and see if the email notification arrives or not.

If the issue persists, could you check if the "Last backup" date on your Dashboard https://trueimage.acronis.com is correct?

If it is, then there must be some issue with your account's email notification service and you need to open a Support Ticket.

If the "Last backup" date is wrong, then the problem is not with the account, but with the reporting service running on your computer. To resolve that, please run the Cleanup Tool and reinstall the program. The downside of the reinstallation is that existing backups will be available in read-only mode and you would need to configure new backup tasks to continue creating backups.

I have waited over 24 hours and ran a backup and still no notification via email sent. Attached is a screen shot that shows the 'last backup' date/time on my Dashboard is correct.

Jason, we are checking the logs on our servers, maybe something went wrong with the email notification settings for your account. You will be contacted.
