A Violation of my Perpetual license!!!

Thread needs solution

On 29-July-2018 I purchased Acronis True Image 2018 Perpetual license for my great MacBook Pro computer. It has worked wonderfully until a week ago when I upgraded my MacBook Pro to the latest macOS Monterey version 12.5.1.  Now the product no longer works.  When I checked my product I get the message "Product is not supported".  Are you aware of what "a Perpetual license is"??

I'm going to give Acronis and option, either get off your greedy violation of my Perpetual license and fix it, or I'll contact my profession memberships to the American Physics society, the American Vacuum society and the IEEE and let all scientific communities how Acronis is in violation of a "Perpetual license" purchase.

I'm looking forward from some hard answers on this situation,

Sincerely,

Craig F Passe

Dear Craig Passe,
Thank you for contacting us. According to our official documentation MacOS Monterey version 12.5.1 is not supported by the Acronis True Image 2018 Acronis True Image Help
It is great that the product worked properly several years but we do not support this scenario officially and thus cannot investigate what happened during the transfer.

But the latest update of Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office does support Monterey version 12.5.1.
We would suggest to install the trial version.
