Thread needs solution

Hi all,

So i never know whether backup works or not!
Want to backup to a Apple Time Capsule. Acronis True Image tells me backup is not ready. After a certain time it says backup succeeded but trying to recover data there is no backup?!

Hi Ladgaz,

thank you for your post.

Could you please specify the following details, which will help to investigate the problem:
-backup name
-Acronis System Report (please follow the how-to: https://kb.acronis.com/content/47211)
-screenshot of application window during running backup

Could you please check the same scenario but to another destination (external drive or SMB share)?

Thank you in advance for cooperation.

Kind regards,

The company i work for we always loved using acronis 2011 version without any problems. Then we got a acronis True Image HD 2015 version and after starting the cloning process i was waiting for a statues progress screen to show up so i could figure how much time or what percentage of the hard drive was done.  i come to find out that its just a little taskbar icon on the bottom right of the screen.  I can speak for most of the tech workers out there that use this product that we would rather have a progress window like on older version then have a little taskbar icon on the bottom right corner.
