"Waiting for the mobile device to reconnect..." when phone sleeps
Using a Samsung Note 4, the app will do a backup, but will only stay connected if the screen is on when wifi is enabled. A few seconds after the screen goes off, the message "Waiting for the mobile device to reconnect..." appears in True Image2017. If I plug the phone into the computer via USB, the backup continues even if the screen is off, however, it's rather pointless if I have to plug my phone in to backup. This appears to be an issue with the coding or a permission in the API that is not allowing the app to keep a wifi connection. This really needs to be addressed by Acronis, otherwise you've got a crippled feature.

Thank you for your posting! The described issue occurs when the WiFi connection is automatically disabled as soon as the device goes into sleep mode. Make sure the setting Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep is set to Always. Did this help?
