Will not back up since moving from android to apple.

Thread needs solution

I recently moved from a LG G4 to a iPhone 7. now i am unable to preform  back ups to the cloud of my pictures. it just sits there a 0%. not sure why i delete the app and reinstalled with no help.

I can only recommend raising a support case for this issue with Acronis as there have been a number of issues with the mobile backup app and I have never managed to get this working for my own Android phone (I don't have an iPhone 7).

Are you using the same backup task? I would suggest that you create a new backup task for the new phone.

 

I have found that the initial cloud backup on iOS devices can take a while to get going; once that happens it seems to work withoug issue.

If you have installed the latest Acronis Mobile backup application on your mobile phone and have a valid Acronis Cloud subscription, then I would suggest opening a Support Case directly with Acronis Support for this problem.
