Support for CloudLinix

Thread needs solution

CloudLinux is an operating system based on CentOS that targets businesses that need to host websites belonging to multiple end users on the same server. It provides isolation between processes, filesystems etc. at the kernel level.  75% of our servers run CloudLinux as we work with digital agencies to help them host their customers.

Unfortunately right now Disaster Recovery doesn't appear to be supported on it despite the documentation saying Linux OS not on the list may work (I've yet to find anything over 10 years that works on CentOS but not CloudLinux).  There is no option presented when it detects a server running CloudLinux - so we can't even "take the risk" ourselves on this.

Hello Karl!

As I mentioned yesterday in the other post the new feature requests were created ( RM-7254 and RM-7255 ).

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

I think it might be worth checking out some other backup and recovery options that are compatible with CloudLinux.
