Amazon S3 glacier

Hello -
Does anyone out here back up their backed up files to amazon s3 glacier (or any other cloud storage) ? If so how often do you perform a full backup ?
I'm evaluating different alternatives to replace CrashPlan and since Acronis recommends performing a full backup every-so-often that would mean sending to s3 glacier 600GB every week / month.
Just wondering how you guys do it.
