Custom INCREMENTAL Backup
This posting is just ONE example of how the CUSTOM INCREMENTAL Backup Schemes works when the AUTOMATIC CLEANUP Options are set to
Backup scheme= Full after 6 incremental (this chain=7 files)
Auto cleanup= delete version chains (chain= 7 files) older than 7 days
This example should help to prevent some of the mis-understanding of how this "delete version chains older than X days" actually works.
The examples below indicates that automatic cleanup (older than X days) occurs (on next backup), after the last incremental s7 (in the oldest chain) reaches X number of days old.

Before Automatic cleanup #1 -- Backup Scheme Auto cleanup= delete version chains older than 7 days
After Cleanup 1 -- Backups #1-7 deleted
Before Automatic Cleanup 2 -- Backup scheme Auto cleanup= delete version chains older than 7 days
After Cleanup 2 -- Backups #8-14 deleted
Before Automatic Cleanup 3 -- Backup scheme Auto cleanup= delete version chains older than 7 days

Remarks: Computer not always available so some dates and time are not continuous.
