(ATI 2011) Probleme bei der Wiederherstellung
Ich schreibe Hier in der Hoffnung, das mir von Acronis jemand in DEUTSCH hilft !!!
Das problem was ich hier mir eingefangen habe ist sowasvon schädnlcih , dass ich extrem sauer bin ! !!
Was ist passiert:
- Ich kaufe gestern Acronis True Image 2011 Home inkl. Plus pack und Disc Director 11
- Habe die Tools alle auf mein Windows 7 (64 bit) installiert und so meine alte Version von Acronis true image 2010 ersetzt.
- habe dann das Tool mit all seinen Backupmöglichkeiten gestest.
Also ich habe - geplante task und einmalige Backups gefahren. Ich mache immer komplette Images von meiner festplatte. Die Images, die ich so erzeugt habe haben immer 2 Partitionen einer Festplatte gesichert.
Die Images waren auch nachher im Backupverzeichnis meiner Daten festplatte.
ich habe sogar eine Secure zone eingerichtet und sichern lassen. und ich lies die images IMMER verifizieren (validieren)
So, ich war also zufrieden.
Hier meine Probleme:
1. Ich habe nun die "try und decide" Funktion ausprobiert und die Änderungen an meinem System dann verworfen. nun wollte True Image das ich neu boote.
2. System bootet und BSOD
3. Windows Reparatur fehlgeschlagen
4. Ich dachte hmm ich bin ja schlau und starte den Recovery Manager, den man über F11 starten kann: Das Tool startet auch aber: Sämtliche Images, die ich erstellt hatte, können nicht verwendet werden.
Keines der Images lies sich zurück spielen
Kann mir jemand damit helfen?
When you booted to the ASRM (F11) and couldn't find the backup images, did you Browse for them?
Did you create the backup images when T&D was enabled?
What was wrong with the images saved in the SZ? "do not work" doesn't give anyone anything to work with to try and help you.
Did you boot from the TI CD and see if you could access your backups from there?
There are currently some problems with using T&D and the ASRM. If using T&D, it's going to be best to disable the ASRM.

Es tut mir leit, mein Deutsch nicht so gut ist.
Du kannst warscheinlich dieses Problem loesen, wenn Du das Acronis recovery oder installation CD hast. Boot dein Computer damit. Es ist ganz moeglich, es wird deine ASZ finden. Wenn es die ASZ nicht findet, versuch das MBR und track 0 wiederzurverstellen, und noch einmal probieren.
Wenn Du kein CD hast, musst Du aus dein Acronis account das Bootable Media aus dem Netz laden.

Is this a joke ? I bought the software to have made secure backups.... and know you tolde me, that I don't have to use the ASRM..... to make secure working because of problems with T&D and ASRM ? ... hmmmm for me thats very bad situation because i can't restore my computer ! and the "try&Decide" function had corrputed my system .... that's very very bad !!! .....
And more bad is that the recovery manager can't restore the IMAGES I made at the same day with the TI 2011 !!! THAT's all but no recovery !!!
That's a good idea, to boot from the Original TI CD and restore from that cd...
I will boot from the original True Image CD and will report you .....

okay , my system booted from the original TI CD and i can now recover my images !!!! HALELUJA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The images are correct ! But the recovery manager cant read them !
I had something else to say: If I start the Recovery manager on my bootdisk .. i can see an error message. It scrolls to fast .. some library cant' be found ... i cant read it completly.... Is this is the problem perhaps ?
But at all again : That "Try & decide" destroyed my system is a fatal bug !!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, T&D is tricky. My best advice is to always have a full disk image your can restore to, if T&D fails.
Also, it is best to disable ASRM before you start T&D.
You see, if the MBR of your disk gets corrupted you might get in trouble accessing the ASZ, and your might get ASRM running sick. If you can keep a copy of your backup on some external disk that you are sure your recovery CD can see, it is better (as a fallback solution).
I personally don't use T&D,because I generally plan to install something, and I just do a regular image. Once, I was in a bind, and I used T&D to test some codecs. I was able to discard the changes, but then my Norton 360 installation got corrupted... The computer was functional otherwise. I was glad I had an image handy, rather trying to reinstall/fix Norton.

Wenn man sich von den "Beigaben"(Try and decide etc,) weit weg hält und nur Backup/Recovery nutzt, gibt es z.Zeit nichts Besseres. Ich habe einige andere Tools schon durch.
Allerdings nutze ich von TI Home 2011 nur das bootable Media. Der Windowsteil mit seiner grottenschlechten GUI tu ICH mir nicht an.
2013 ist richtig miserabel. Jetzt funktioniert nicht mal die Boot-CD / ISO. 4 Stunden Chat mit einem indischen Supporter bzw. Supporterin - auf Englisch! 90% davon Wartezeit und Schikane. Die Aufforderung diese oder jene ISO-Dateien runterzuladen und auf CD zu brennen, hat bei 240kb/sec viel Zeit gekostet und einige Boot-CDs ergeben, die alle nicht funktionieren. Dabei laufen auf diesem Notebook hier alle Notfall-CDs aus Zeitschriften ganz problemlos. Auch andere Bootmedien funktionieren - nur nicht die von Acronis. Jetzt sitze ich hier morgens um 4:00 mit meinem Nonstop-Backup und einer verreckten Festplatte. Immer ordentlich täglich gesichert und dann funktioniert die Rücksicherung auf die neue Platte nicht. Es gibt bei Acronis seitenlange Anleitungen, wie es vielleicht funktionieren könnte. Dabei steht in der Werbung: "Im Ernstfall ist die Wiederherstellung überhaupt kein Problem." Haha! Da hilft die "Die besonders anwenderfreundliche Benutzeroberfläche" auch nicht weiter. Die Fehlermeldung "Unable to boot - please use a kernel appropriate for your CPU" hat viele Benutzer zur Verzweiflung gebracht. Sorry, aber es ist einfach zum Kotzen! Software für Masochisten! Und das Pluspack wird erst stundenlang in der neuen Version geladen, um dann zu sagen, dass ich ja noch keine Vollversion hätte. Lauter Schrei!!! Ich habe die Vollversion - aber natürlich auf der kaputten Platte! Eine miese, miese Schikane! Was sind das für Programmierer? Das kann doch vor dem Runterladen geprüft werden. Warum sind wohl viele Bewertungen bei Amazon so verärgert? Bitte schicken Sie mir eine bootfähige TI 2013!
