Hallo,

ich habe das Problem (siehe Anhang) bei einem Windows XP Pro Client. Beim hinzufügen im AMS kommt diese Fehlermeldung. Dienste sind alle geprüft, Remoteverbingung per RDP und Remote-Tool funktionieren. Der Acronis Agent wurde auch schon neu installiert.

Nein, der Agent ist keine Standalone Version. Andere Clients funktionieren auch Problemlos damit. In der Registy sind auch die richtigen Daten von dem Lizenzserver eingetragen.

No, the Agent is not a Standalone build. Other clients also work without problems with it. In the Registy the correct data are entered by the license server.

It's also possible that the license on this agent has expired - it disables remote connections too. Does the machine's license in the license server console have recent 'renewed' date? If not, you may try to reinstall the agent or connect to it using locally installed console.
