Fehler beim Öffnen von Acronis Backup 11.5

Guten Morgen!

Das Öffnen von Acronis Backup 11.5 funktioniert jetzt, ich habe aber keine Änderungen vorgenommen.

Jetzt bekomme ich nach der erfolgreichen Sicherung der Laufwerke eine andere Fehlermeldung, welche das Backup fehlschlagen lässt:
"Mindestens eines der Argumente zur Ausführung des Child-Prozesses ist ungültig."

Hat jemand eine Idee woran das liegen könnte?

It's hard to say what went wrong without the full error message like on the screenshot in the first post.

I replaced the IP of our backup folder with "*IP*" so don't worry about that.
Could it possibly be caused by the command (shutdown -s -f) at the end of the backup?

If you double-click the error message there may be more information about its cause, but it indeed may be caused by post-command. Not sure about the following, but single-pass backup if tuned on may spaws some child processes that may fail - try to turn if off to check it.

Yes, it's about execution of post-command, however the error returned by Windows ("unable to find the file specified") is not the same as the one at 21:26:39 , and unfortunately it's impossible to tell why it occurred. Try to test the command using the 'test' button in the dialog where post command is specified, or test with an empty .cmd file to be sure it's not a general problem with any post-backup command.

The backup worked without the post-command and succeeded.
I will try the post-command with a .cmd file instead of a .bat

The backup finally works without any errors.
