Account deleted / Cannot not register License on New account
Hello,
I have successfully deleted an Acronis account with an old email address and wanted to activate the serial number of Acronis Cyber Protect Essentials on a new account. Now the message appears that the serial number is still linked to the old account, but it has been deleted.
Is there a solution to this Problem? Otherwise I will lose 3 licences with a remaining term of 11 months. :-(

Hi Jose,
Thanks a lot for your answer, so i have make the mistake that i have deleted the account before transfer the license.
I will ask the support when they can transfer or reactivate the keys (i have the Acronis invoice still on my computer).
