Can't change my email address

Thread needs solution

My email address has changed. I went into Account/personal profile and it asks for my "registration email." I changed to my new email address and after hitting save I get the return "your changes have been saved". Yet, I cannot log in with my new email address and PW. I need to revert to the discontinued email address and old PW.

How do I change my email and PW?

I'm not sure but I think you also have to change your Acronis account email address at the same time, that is the one on the Acronis My Account webpage, as well as here on the forum.
