Thread needs solution

I have had a persistent problem with syncing

Two of my computers do not sync.   There have been two sessions to resolve this, so far unsuccessfu.

A third session scheduled for today did not happen.

After each session, there is usually a delay before another session can be arranged.   There have also been difficulties in accessing assistance in my time zone.

I suspect that my problem is that two of my computers cannot update the software - 3 hours and failure.  A third computer updated the software within 20 minutes.

Can I please have some timely resolution?
