even if I still like and use ATIH, I still hate that I can send a message to support ONLY if I pay for it, EVEN when an user esperience (not only mine) can be very useful SO worthy to be implemented in manuals, FAQs, Help and so on ...

BTW, I'm speaking about implementing further steps in a Manual, Help or FAQ, NOT implementing a different process in your software!

And implementing further steps in a Manual, Help or FAQ is so an easy task, that I cannot believe you can't do it!

however, if one posts a thread on forums it seems to me (and to many other users) that no one from support team will read it ...

so, don't you think it will be sound to add a Suggestions/Ideas section where users can post suggestions like mine (and other a lot more authoritative), and be sure that a support responsible will read it (and may be a developper will implement it)?
