Missing forums when creatin new topics

Thread needs solution

If I try to create a new topic, I can see only some forum in the scrolldown list. Others are missing.

This does not appear:

https://forum.acronis.com/forums/acronis-business-products-discussions/…

This appears:

https://forum.acronis.com/forums/acronis-business-products-discussions/…

I wanted to write in the first, but I had to write in the second because the first does not appear. I see many (and recent) messages inside "missing" forums, how can other people write in it?

I was able to move the topic into the right forum, using "edit".

In "edit" scroll list I can see all the missing forums. It seems to me that "new topic" list is missing entries starting with "--".

Another thing: if I edit again my post, and don't pay attention to proposed forum, it's moved back to the previous forum.

Hello Valerio,

Could you please attach some screenshots illustrating the issue. I've tried to reproduce - all forum sections are displayed correctly for my account (logged as user).

Thank you!

I've tried now, and it's working also for me...

But I'm sure it didn't work when I opened this topic.

Maybe this was happening as the forum was taken down for maintenance yesterday?

If it does not happen again it might be the cause.

I saw the forum down for manteinance, but then it was simply down.

I faced this issue during previous days.

Perhaps something has been fixed during manteinance? Who knows?
