Network (WD) NAS failures
I am suffering from continuous back-up failures. I have done everything WD has recommended, empty wastebasket, no-sleep on the device, connect the WD NAS directy to an internet router, instead of a switch. And still the back-ups fail, one is succesfull, the next ones fail.There is no space issue of 8TB NAS (one Raid), but even within the 4TB available space there should be no issue to back-up a laptop and PC, amounting to approximately 300 GB, and 340 GB of shares.on the NAS. In the last mail WD points to a potential issue in the software used to connect to a NAS, however I do not hear anything from ACRONIS support. Anyone having the same failures in this setup? Appreciate a pointer to really find the root cause or is this a hidden feature of the Windows Problem Maker software.
