Unable to post new topics, without being diverted to the KB article sign in page with subsequent 'Not Authorised to Access this page' message.

This only happens when starting a new topic, replying to a thread seems OK.

I am also seeing this - it started today for me.

The issue appeared after latest security updates installation.

Some of the Drupal modules started glitching. Our Administrator is working on the solution. Approximate ETA of the fix is this Friday.

For the past two days I have been unable to log into the forum from the home page. The only way to successfully log in is to start to reply to a message and then click the link "Login to post comments" at the bottom of the message. This method succeeds.

The problem occurs both with Internet Explorer 8 and with Firefox 3.6.8

That's strange. Did you try to clean up cookies and browser cache?

Let me know if that does not help - I'll escalate the issue to our IT guys.

Yes, I did but it didn't help.

I just tried a quick test to see if the problem was reproducible, and it is. While logged in, I logged out and returned to the main forum page. From the main forum page I attempted to log in. This was unsuccessful. To get logged in again I had to view a message and click on "Login to post comments" at the bottom of the message. This method succeeded.

I have had a number of problems with Acronis True Image Home 2011. I now find it is impossible to obtain direct contact with Acronis. It would seem that Acronis like many other software developers they rely on the consumer to supply them with the bugs which they then fix - we hope. I am extremely dissatisfied with the the product. It simply does not work without continual prodding and adjustment. To complete my complaint, I saw the picture of the CEO and wish he could read and reply to this email.
I use Windows 7 64 bit on a Dell 3700 I7 Intel. Have available 1TB disc for the saving of material.
The software asks for a partition volume with a choice of browse, retry or cancel at odd times after it has supposedly started.
Press browse and a panel pops up with a non descript, and unintelligble solution.
Then the back up fails.
This happens with most back ups at odd times. There is no consistent backup.
Then the 1 TB disc is filled up - why can't Acronis add to the existing files without creating new files?
I am totally over the Acronis and will be switching to another back up system if there is one available.
The promotional material is in accurate, this is not a simple back up method.
What did I spend my money on? A product that does not stand up to the promoted hype and a company which becomes invisible when the going gets tough.
Bah to Acronis.
